Rooms are tired. The “Premium” rooms are anything but, we were unable to even close our bathroom door because the hinges aren’t aligned. We returned from a day at the park having had our “Do Not Disturb” sign posted — when we returned the sign was missing and our keys no longer worked. Our room was definitely entered and the staff clearly did not think this was an issue. Breakfast is decent and location is good. Given the price though, I recommend finding another hotel if you have the means.

Menu says room service is available 24/7. When we tried to order at 11.20pm we were told by the reception that the kitchen was open and he put us through but the kitchen told us they were closed and they would not do it - we only wanted a pizza, not a four course meal! So we went to bed hungry. Why advertise something that is not available, that is just misleading the customer.

I stayed only one night so I did not have chance to use SPA & pool.
The staff were really friendly, the room I had was on 3rd floor looking on a golf court. The room was really spacious/big and the sleeping quality was great.
The carpet is in need of some repair, and sofa was a bit old but all this was not bothered me much as it was really short stay.
The hotel provides bus shuttles to and from Disneyland which is great.
The breakfast was good.

I would recommend staying at another hotel. The looks are definitely deceiving with this place. I checked in and was given no guidance as to how to use the elevators, the fact that you have to stick the key in to use the lights, or any information about housekeeping. It seemed like once I didn’t want to upgrade to breakfast every day or have dinner at the hotel there was no interest in giving any information. That night we tried using the shower. The piece that holds the shower head in was so worn that the shower head no longer fit. So when you turned the water on, the pressure would cause the whole thing to shift causing the water to spray all over the floor. The man at the desk was very uninterested in helping. I asked him if we could see about getting another room which it was clear they did not want to do. He said a repairman would come and fix it at 10 the next day. 10:30 comes and I had to get the front desk send the person. He didn’t speak any English so it was challenging to discuss the issue. He replaced the shower head which wasn’t the problem. I called the desk again and they seemed still unwilling to change the room and it was delaying our day at that point. This day was my birthday and I didn’t want to let this impact my day any more. We ended up figuring out a way to fix it so that when it did shift the would stay in the shower. Of course housekeeping undid that every day. The location is good and we took advantage of the shuttle. That’s the only reason for the 2 rating.

Absolutely disappointing – a disgrace to the Radisson name!
This hotel is in a terrible condition – everything is old, worn-out, and poorly maintained. The pool is in a shocking state, completely uninviting and unsafe. Exterior doors lock behind you and you can’t get back in – a serious safety hazard. The price does not reflect the quality at all. Everywhere you look there’s neglect and decay. For a hotel under the Radisson brand, this is an embarrassment. Not worth the money or the Radisson reputation.
