FAQ's about your booking with MagicBreaks
When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets approx 2 weeks before departure. These will be emailed to you, please ensure you check your junk folder as occasionally they may be found here rather than your main inbox.
Do I need to do anything to re-confirm my booking?
No, your booking is confirmed and will proceed as normal. You do not need to do anything further.
How do I pay my balance?
We will be able to process balances in departure date order, please bear with us. We will send you an email when we are ready to take your balance. Please do not worry if it is overdue, this will not affect your holiday.
Yes, your holiday will proceed as normal. MagicBreaks will make any amendments, collect balances and send tickets to you.
How do I make an amendment?
Whilst these ABTA bookings are transitioned on the various suppliers systems we are not in a position to be able to make amendments. We will send you an email advising you when we are able to make amendments. Please contact our Customer Care team for more information at customercare@magicbreaks.co.uk
Will my documents change?
Your travel documents will remain the same and will be issued by MagicBreaks. They will be emailed to you approx 2 weeks before departure.
Will my original booking details remain the same?
Yes, your original booking details including transport and travel times will remain the same, should you need any further documentation we will email it to you.
