We had an amazing stay at Hotel Atlantis, The Palm! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel important and valued. The property is stunning from every angle, with breathtaking views of the island and stunning location. One of the biggest perks is the convenient access to the massive water park right on site. The hotel also offers an incredible range of dining options, from buffets and casual eats like pizza and burgers to international cuisine like Libyan, steakhouse ( Seafire Steakhouse), and Japanese-Peruvian fusion (Nobu). We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

It is a wonderful hotel to live in. Lots of activities to do. 2 things that have scope for improvement: 1. The lifeguards on sides (not in the water) in the adventure park- so. Raging river trail can be more approachable and friendly, they should be able to give confidence to the visitors. 2. Discounts for resident guests for dolphin activities can be better.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are roomy and tidy. Throughout my visit, the personnel were polite and professional; the service was outstanding. But, if you're not intending to remain within the resort area the whole time, the site could seem somewhat remote. Though be ready for lengthier drives if you are visiting other areas of Dubai; overall, it is a wonderful place for families or anyone seeking a whole resort experience.

I recently visited Atlantis and everything seemed well-maintained and impressive. The atmosphere was vibrant, the staff were welcoming, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Although I didn’t stay overnight, the facilities and ambiance left a positive impression. I’d definitely consider booking a stay in the future and would recommend a visit.

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely superb! The hotel is stunning, with an incredible range of restaurants that offer something for everyone. The whole place feels exclusive, yet welcoming. What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Rano at the reception—she was an absolute gem! So sweet, kind, and genuinely helpful. We had such fun chatting with her, and she made sure everything went smoothly for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Dubai!
