I was really looking forward to my stay at Tower Plaza Dubai. The room was lovely, the view was amazing, and everything seemed perfect at first. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect the breakfast restaurant to be so overcrowded. We had to line up just to get a table it honestly felt like we were lining up for a food handout rather than a hotel buffet. During dinner, we asked what food was available and were told it would be international cuisine, but when we got there, most of the food served was Indian cuisine. It felt more like a street-side cafeteria than a hotel dining experience. I tried to give it a chance, thinking maybe it was just the first night but even on the second day, it was exactly the same. The pool was also very small and extremely crowded. It was not relaxing at all. I asked one of the staff if it was always that crowded during breakfast, and they told me it happens all the time. If that’s the case, then the management should take action to improve the situation so that customers don’t end up frustrated. We came to relax, but this is the first time I’ve actually felt stressed early in the morning during a hotel stay. As a paying guest, I believe the hotel really needs to improve its service in several areas. Overall, while the room and the view were truly beautiful, the rest of the experience needs serious improvement and attention.

We booked the suite — it was beautiful, spacious, and reasonably priced. However, the service was extremely slow. I had to call three times just to get the room cleaned, and when housekeeping finally came, there was no electricity in the room. The AC kept switching between hot and cold. We stayed for three nights, and every day they said they would call the engineer — but nothing changed. The elevator was incredibly slow, always crowded, and there were no chairs to wait nearby. It was hot and stuffy inside the lift. Also, when we ordered food from the restaurant, they wouldn’t deliver it to the room. We had to go down ourselves and wait again for the slow elevator — both ways. The suite itself was great, but the overall service definitely needs major improvement.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view - absolutely loved it! Definitely worth every penny. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 5/5 stars!

I was really looking forward to my stay at Tower Plaza Dubai. The room was lovely, the view was great, and everything seemed perfect at first. Unfortunately, my last day left me feeling upset, unsafe, and completely let down by the staff. During breakfast, I waited for a table and finally found one that seated four. I left my things on it — my bag and phone — and went to get food. While I was eating, a man came over and asked if he and his friends could sit at my table. I told him no, politely but clearly, and explained that I was alone and didn’t feel comfortable as a Muslim women to have men sit with me. He walked away and told his friends, “She said no.” I then got up to grab a drink, and when I came back, I was shocked to find that the three men had sat down at my table anyway, right next to my things. I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable. I hadn’t finished eating, but I just picked up my stuff and walked out — I was so upset I couldn’t even eat. I told security what happened, but instead of addressing the men who ignored me and took over my space, they offered to move me. I was clearly distressed and told them I wanted to report it or even call the police. At first, they said I could, but then when I followed up, they didn’t take any action. I ended up talking with the head of guest relations, who dismissed it and said it wasn’t necessary to call the police. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously at all. I was crying for an hour, and meanwhile, the men were left to enjoy their meal like nothing happened. I didn’t even get to finish the breakfast I had paid for. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about my safety or how the situation made me feel. In fact they told me to get over it and if I didn’t want to eat - that’s my problem. If you’re a solo female traveller, especially if you don’t speak Arabic, please be careful. I can’t recommend this hotel based on how poorly this was handled. What could have been a great experience ended in tears, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this high CP valuable hotel located in downtown, which boasts a fantastic location. With a metro station nearby and the Museum of the Future within walking distance, convenience is truly unparalleled. My room on the 44th floor had been recently renewed, offering a modern and refreshing ambiance. The staff here deserve special recognition for their kindness and attentive service, always ready to provide necessary assistance whenever required. Their genuine hospitality added greatly to the overall experience. While my stay was delightful, there are a couple of minor points worth noting. The AC tends to be overly cold and lacks controllability, necessitating manual switching off to reach a comfortable temperature. Additionally, bathroom water drainage can be easily blocked by hair, requiring removal of the decorative cover to clear the tray and avoid flooding. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown. Its value and exceptional staff make it a standout choice.
